How it works
YapPad puts coins on a payroll (Pons on Robinhood Chain, pump.fun on Solana): the creator fees a coin earns are paid to the people who post about it on X. This page covers the whole system, from signing in to the rules that keep it fair.
What YapPad is
Every token here is a real Pons V2 token on Robinhood Chain with its normal bonding curve, paired with ETH or with a Robinhood stock token. YapPad adds an automated system on top that turns the coin's creator tax and creator fees into rewards for the holders who promote it: the yappers.
The loop: a coin is launched here or added from Pons, people hold it and post about it on X, those posts are tracked and scored, and every round the creator fees are split among the yappers pro-rata by score. YapPad keeps a 10% cut.
On top of that, YapPad pays people for talking about YapPad itself. Every week the Yap Pool splits 20% of the platform's revenue by points, and every new member gets a welcome card with a gift that unlocks after 7 days.
Your account and wallet
Sign in with X. That's the whole sign-up. The moment you do, a wallet is created for you: one address on Robinhood Chain and one on Solana. There's no extension, no seed phrase and nothing to connect, and it works inside X's in-app browser.
The wallet is yours. You can copy the addresses and export either private key from the account menu at any time. YapPad never holds your keys. Wallets are provided by Privy.
Launching a token
Launching deploys a brand new token through the Pons V2 launch factory, the same contract the Pons site uses.
- 1Fill in the token details: name, ticker, description and a logo, plus optional banner and socials. All of it is written into the token contract itself.
- 2Pick the pair: ETH, or any stock or asset Pons has approved (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, SPY and more). Fees arrive in the pair and yappers are paid in it.
- 3Set your creator tax from 1% to 5%. It is charged on every buy and sell on top of Pons's 1% curve fee. The launch wallet receives all of the tax plus 70% of the curve fee.
- 4Choose how often yappers get paid (see Payout schedule).
- 5YapPad generates a fresh Robinhood Chain wallet for the launch and shows you its address. Fund it with 0.002 ETH: Pons's 0.0005 ETH launch fee, the launch gas and a small gas float for claims and payouts. Signed in, you can pay from your YapPad wallet in one tap; any transfer works too.
- 6The moment it arrives, the wallet signs the Pons launch and you get the token address, a link to Pons and a live token page.
The coin is a Pons V2 bonding curve with 1 billion supply. When the curve raises its threshold (4.2 ETH on ETH pairs) it graduates to a locked Uniswap v4 pool behind the Pons meme hook, and the creator tax keeps flowing to yappers after.
The launch wallet is the coin's creator fee wallet. Only YapPad holds its key, encrypted at rest, so creator fees can only go where these docs say they go.
Launching on pump.fun
Pick pump.fun on the launch page and the coin launches on Solana instead, paired with SOL. Everything else works the same: the leaderboard, scoring, rounds and the 10% cut. Yappers are paid in SOL to their Solana wallet.
- 1Fill in the details and pick the launchpad. You can add a first buy in SOL; the tokens it buys stay in the launch wallet.
- 2YapPad generates a fresh Solana wallet for the launch. Fund it with the SOL shown: the rent for the coin's new accounts, network fees, any first buy, and a small reserve that pays for future payouts.
- 3The moment it arrives, the wallet creates the coin and you get its mint address and a live token page.
pump.fun. The launch wallet is the coin's creator. pump.fun pays the creator a share of every trade (0.30% on the curve, tiered after it graduates to PumpSwap); each round the wallet collects it and pays it out.
Adding an existing token
Already live on Pons V2? Switch the launch page to Existing coin. There is no fee to add a coin. (Adding existing Solana coins isn't supported yet.)
- 1Paste the contract address. We read the coin on chain: name, pair, creator tax, and the wallet its creator fees go to.
- 2Paste that wallet's private key to prove it's yours. It is checked against the on-chain creator fee wallet before anything is saved, encrypted like every launch wallet, and never shown again.
- 3Pick a payout cadence. The coin is live with a leaderboard immediately; the first round runs at the next boundary.
Two rules. One wallet can back one coin. And everything the wallet holds above a small gas reserve is treated as the pot, so move anything you want to keep out first.
Payout schedule
The creator decides how often fees are swept, claimed and paid out: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours or 24 hours.
Rounds run on a fixed grid from the moment the coin launched, so a 30-minute coin pays at the same two marks every hour. The token page shows the cadence and a live countdown.
Joining a leaderboard
Anyone holding at least 50,000 of a token can join its leaderboard. Signed in, it's one tap: press Join as yapper on the coin page. Your X account is already proven, and rewards go to your YapPad wallet, which needs to hold the 50,000.
Not signed in? You can still join by giving a wallet that holds the token and posting a tweet with a one-time code.
| Platform | How you prove it | What gets scored |
|---|---|---|
| X | Sign in with X, or tweet a one-time code | Every tweet that names the coin: its $TICKER or contract address |
Posts are picked up automatically from the X API, and anyone on the board can also submit a post link by hand from the token page.
Keep posting. Six hours without a real post about the coin and the spot is dropped; join again whenever you like. The verification tweet on its own doesn't count, and your earnings history stays.
How score works
Every tracked post earns points from a base value plus weighted engagement and content bonuses. Post scores roll up into your leaderboard score, which is then adjusted by how much you hold and how consistently you post.
| Factor | Effect on score |
|---|---|
| Base per tracked post | +10 |
| Likes · replies · reposts · quotes | +1 · +2 · +3 · +4 each |
| Mentions the ticker / contract address | +10 / +20 |
| Includes an image / video | +10 / +20 |
| Strong engagement rate for your reach | up to +25 |
| Verified account, 10k+ followers | +15 each |
| Bought engagement: 200+ likes, zero replies or reposts | capped at base |
Holding more raises your score. Your balance applies a multiplier of up to 2× (reached at 100× the minimum hold).
Consistency pays. Spreading posts over the day earns up to 1.25×, and an X-verified yapper gets a further 1.25×.
Copy paste backfires. Posting the same wording again scores zero and halves your whole score for 24 hours.
Score resets every payout round. Earnings keep adding up across the Today / 7d / 30d / All time views.
How payouts work
Pons accrues the creator tax and the creator share of the curve fee on every trade. Each round:
- 1The launch wallet sweeps its fees off the bonding curve (or the Uniswap v4 hook after graduation) into the Pons fee escrow, then claims them.
- 210% goes to the treasury.
- 3The rest is the pool, split among everyone active on the leaderboard pro-rata by score.
- 4Payouts go straight to each yapper's wallet on Robinhood Chain (your YapPad wallet if you joined signed in), signed and recorded on chain.
Everyone with a score gets paid; your share is your score divided by the board's total. On a stock-paired coin the pool is in the stock, so you are paid in the stock, with gas paid from the launch wallet's ETH float. Shares below 0.000005 ETH roll into the next round, and rounds with nobody scored roll the whole pot forward.
The Yap Pool
Post on X and tag @YappadX. Every week, 20% of the platform's revenue (its 10% cut of every coin's creator fees) goes into a pool, and the pool is split by points. The board shows each yapper's points, share and what they stand to earn, live.
| Part of a post's points | How it works |
|---|---|
| Base | 10, plus 1 per like, 2 per reply, 3 per repost, 4 per quote and 1 per 1,000 views |
| Quality | Every post is graded from 0 to 1.5: longer, original posts score higher. Giveaway bait, spam and copy-paste earn nothing |
| Account | 0.75 to 1.25 by follower count, and a little more for verified accounts |
| Daily limit | Up to 5 posts a day count: the 1st in full, then 80%, 60%, 40% and 20% |
| Fairness | The anti-bot rules below apply. Copies of anyone's earlier post earn 0 |
Posts are scored for 72 hours, then frozen. Weeks run Monday to Monday (UTC). When a week closes, the pool is split by points and paid in ETH to each yapper's YapPad wallet. Shares under $1 roll into next week. Welcome tasks and friends who join also add points.
The welcome card
Every member gets a card with a welcome gift. The amount depends on your X account and is set once.
| Tier | Who | Gift |
|---|---|---|
| Points | Accounts under 30 days old or with under 15 followers | 100 points |
| Starter | Passes the basic checks | $2 to $10 |
| Active | 500+ followers, posts weekly | $10 to $50 |
| Influencer | 10K+ followers with real engagement | $50 to $500 |
| Major voice | 100K+ followers, approved by the team | $500 to $2,000 |
Inside a tier the amount is random and weighted low, so most people land near the bottom. Gifts above Starter get a quick account review first: account age, post history, weekly activity and real engagement. The total budget is capped; once it's used, new cards get points.
- 1Launched a coin? Your gift doubles. The coin has to be launched from your YapPad wallet, before or during your 7 days, and have 10 buyers other than you.
- 2Volume milestones. A coin you launched pays you $25, $250 and $2,500 the first time its trading volume passes $10K, $100K and $1M. Your own wallets don't count, no wallet counts for more than 25%, and each milestone needs 20, 50 and 200 different traders.
- 3Tasks. Follow @YappadX, like and repost the pinned post, and reply to it with your card. Each adds 50 points.
- 4Friends. Your link and code earn you 3% of each friend's gift, paid when theirs unlocks, plus 100 points. One level only.
Day 7. Before anything unlocks we check you still follow @YappadX, your card reply is still up, and nothing looks like farming. If a check fails, the gift becomes points and the card tells you why.
Claiming
Once something unlocks, claim it from your card. You pick how to be paid:
| Claim in | Sent to |
|---|---|
| USDC | Your Solana wallet |
| SOL | Your Solana wallet, at the price when you claim |
| YapPad token | Your Robinhood Chain wallet, with 10% extra (once the token is live) |
Claims start at $1; smaller amounts wait. Anything left unclaimed for 14 days is sent as USDC automatically.
Treasury
The 10% cut from every round is sent to the treasury wallet. 20% of it is set aside for the Yap Pool. When a platform token is configured, the treasury spends what's left above a small reserve every 30 minutes buying it on its Pons curve and burns every token it buys, all on chain.
Anti bot & fairness
Every yapper is re-assessed every cycle from their current posts and account. Each signal carries a weight; the weights add up to a risk score.
| Signal | Risk |
|---|---|
| Same wallet used by a second account on this coin | 0.35 |
| Account under 14 days old | 0.30 |
| Five or more posts under 20 seconds apart | 0.25 |
| Three or more near-identical posts | 0.25 |
| Bought engagement: 200+ likes, zero replies or reposts | 0.20 |
| Ten or more posts and over 40 an hour | 0.20 |
| Under 15 followers | 0.15 |
| Account under 60 days old | 0.10 |
- 1Risk of 0.3 is warning 1: score cut by 25%. Risk of 0.5 is warning 2: cut by 50%. Risk of 0.75 is warning 3: disqualified from payouts.
- 2Warnings show on the leaderboard as 1/3, 2/3 or DQ, and are recomputed every cycle. Stop doing the thing and the warning clears on its own.
- 3An established account, 60 days old with 15 or more followers, can't be warned on posting behaviour alone.
- 4Banned accounts are removed from every leaderboard and never paid.
Account age and follower signals need the X API; without it they are skipped rather than guessed.
Live market data
Each token page shows market cap, price, 24h change, volume, holders and bonding-curve progress. Before graduation these come straight from the chain: the curve's reserves, and every buy, sell and transfer indexed from Robinhood Chain. After graduation they come from DexScreener. Dollar figures use a live ETH price, and stock-paired coins are priced in their stock.
Frequently asked
Do I need a wallet?
No. Sign in with X and a wallet is created for you on Robinhood Chain and Solana. It's yours, and you can export the keys from the account menu any time.
How do I launch?
A fresh wallet is generated for the launch and you fund it with 0.002 ETH on Robinhood Chain. Signed in, you can pay from your YapPad wallet in one tap. Adding an existing coin costs nothing.
How does the Yap Pool pay?
Every Monday, in ETH to your YapPad wallet. Your share of the pool is your points over everyone's points that week.
When can I claim my welcome gift?
7 days after you sign in, once the day-7 checks pass. Claim in USDC or SOL to your Solana wallet, or in the YapPad token once it's live.
Is this a real Pons token?
Yes. It is created by the Pons V2 launch factory with the standard bonding curve, paired with ETH or an approved stock token, and trades on ponsfamily.com like any other launch.
Who can earn creator fees?
Any holder of 50,000 or more who joins the coin's leaderboard and posts about it. Everyone with a score shares each payout.
How is my cut decided?
Pro-rata by score. Score comes from your posts and their engagement, a multiplier for how much you hold, one for posting consistently, and one for being X verified.
How often do payouts happen?
Whatever the creator picked: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours, on a fixed grid from launch.
What does a warning mean?
The bot filter found something. One warning cuts your score by 25%, two by 50%, three disqualifies you. It's recomputed every cycle, so it clears when the behaviour stops.
I joined but got removed. Why?
You went six hours without a real post about the coin. Join again and post; the verification tweet alone doesn't count, and nothing you earned is lost.
Put your yappers on payroll.
Launch a coin on Pons, or bring one you already have.
